“I cannot recommend Jamie enough!”

Question: What was the nature of the work the Santiago's Company performed for you?
Answer: “We did a major remodel - not a room in our house was untouched: new master bathroom (built from the closet!), new California-style closets, bathroom remodel, skylight and sun tube installation, repointing of a large brick wall, new stair banister and spindles, refinished wood floors, new tile floors in kitchen and guest bathroom, new roof, built in book cases, granite hearth installation, lots of painting . . . I am sure I am forgetting other details of our renovation, but as you can see, it was a big project!”

Question: How did you learn about Santiago's Company?
Answer: “I found them on an internet site - can't remember which one. We interviewed about five different contractors. Jamie's price was most reasonable and his presentation ( he provided us with a packet with recommendations, copies of his business license and proof of bond, brochure, etc) was extremely professional.”

Question: Were you satisfied with their work?
Answer: “More than satisfied. Not only was the work high quality, but Jamie was responsive to our calls, met with us regularly to discuss progress, his crew was neat, polite and efficient, the project itself was completed very close to the estimated finish date (5 mos.) and the cost did not balloon beyond what we expected it to. Jamie had great ideas for reconfiguring closets in our bedroom and other design aspects of our remodel. His wife and partner, Kim, is also wonderful to work with. She too was very responsive to our calls, and always answered my many questions with thoroughness and patience. Jamie and Kim were a pleasure to work with! In fact, we have just signed another contract with them to do some basement improvements. We have recommended Jamie to several friends, and they too, have been pleased with Jamie's professionalism and the quality of his work. Again, I cannot recommend Jamie strongly enough.
