Santiago’s Company, Inc., is a family-owned business, locally owned and operated in Howard County, Maryland. We are accredited by the Better Business Bureau of Greater Maryland. Jaime Santiago, President & CEO of Santiago’s Company, is a licensed general contractor who has been engaged in Residential & Commercial construction for over 20 years. Prior to starting his own business in August, 2001, Mr. Santiago spent several years perfecting his craft as a trained carpenter and subcontractor with several large builders in Maryland and Virginia. He works with each of our clients directly to find the best design solutions to improve their living or work space, and meet their goals. His partner, Kimberly Caplan-Santiago, serves as Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science and Policy with an emphasis in health and business administration from the University of Maryland. Mrs. Caplan-Santiago has 20 years experience in healthcare and general business management, and was an independent business consultant for several of those years. She works closely with Mr. Santiago and each client and performs all the day to day operations of the company.
